Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we will do our best to make it right. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items meet the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags still attached
  • Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • In original packaging where possible

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or marked-down items
  • Intimates, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. If the item you want is no longer in stock, we will process a refund instead.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Ship the item back using the instructions provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
